1. General
These terms apply to all courses offered by bright edge institute, including neet, k-cet, and summer vacation programs.
Bright edge institute reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility and admission
Admissions are open to students who meet the eligibility criteria defined for each specific course.
Accurate and complete personal and academic information must be provided during enrollment.
Admission is confirmed only after receipt of required documents and course fees.
3. Course-specific terms
NEET coaching
Attendance for neet coaching is mandatory; students with low attendance may be restricted from appearing in internal tests.
Study material and test series provided are strictly for enrolled students and cannot be reproduced or shared.
Performance in periodic mock tests and assessments will determine continued enrollment benefits and progress tracking.
K-CET coaching
Regular practice tests and revision sessions are part of the curriculum. Participation is expected.
Students are advised to follow the academic planner provided at the time of admission.
Any misuse of materials or violation of classroom rules will lead to disciplinary action.
Summer vacation courses (SSLC/X-CBSE)
Summer vacation courses are short-term and follow a fixed schedule. No extensions or make-up classes will be provided.
Attendance is mandatory to obtain a participation certificate (if applicable).
Fees for vacation courses must be paid in full before the start of the course.
4. Fee structure and payment
All fees must be paid as per the institute’s payment schedule.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in the event of course cancellation by the institute.
No transfer of fees to other students or batches is permitted.
5. Code of conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect faculty, and follow all institute rules.
Use of mobile phones during class is not allowed unless permitted for learning purposes.
Misconduct, use of unfair practices in exams, or disruption of classes will result in suspension or expulsion.
6. Study material and intellectual property
All course materials, notes, question papers, and recorded sessions are the property of bright edge institute.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, or reproduction of materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
7. Online classes and technical access
In case of online classes, students are responsible for maintaining stable internet connectivity and compatible devices.
The institute is not responsible for any loss due to poor network or device issues on the student’s side.
8. Privacy and data usage
Student information is collected for academic and administrative use only and will not be shared without consent.
All data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Limitation of liability
Bright edge institute is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.
The institute does not guarantee success in competitive exams but provides structured guidance and support.
